Brian came over to my studio to do a business portrait. He's the father of the pretty baby i took over the weekend. Well, like father like daughter, he's quite relax in front of the camera too.
I will be meeting his family and his pretty little girl again next month. Will have think of a concept for his daughter now............
Diana came with her family of ten, quite a challenge for me, taking into account my studio space. Could see that they are quite a closely knitted family. A pleasure to take their photos. Moreover, her neices are all not camera shy, made my job so much easier. Maya is a darling, all poses came naturally to her. I was wondering whether she has training in modelling......I wanna take more photos of her.....
Time flies, xmas is coming......... this year is passing by soon. Took a xmas theme portrait for my sis. Taking Mei Mei's photos is near to impossible now, she cant sit still. This is best i could do.
The school magazine has been taking up most of my time. It has been a good break for me to take some executive portraits for Ferhana. Looking at the photos, she reminds me of Wendy Jocobs, Fandi's wife.....
Esther has been such a fun loving and pleasant bride!!! Makes our job so much easier! Thanks Dino for organising the shoot!!! Next time i will carry the reflector for u!
Did a relax style wedding shoot with a SUPERSTAR videographer over the weekend. I actually took the couple's AD photos. This time round they were more relax, might be their dressing. Jeans and shirts would definitely be more comfortable then gown and suit, at least for me.
One of the last events i will cover for Mendaki. It's such a pleasure for me that i could take their events' photos for this year. Everyone treats me so nicely, they would sneak by and say hi to me while I am on the job. They really make me feel like i am part of them, part of the BIG family. I am so lucky to work with such a friendly organisation!Hopefully i can continue shooting for them!
Well, it was a grand event, their 25th anniversary! I have been to their rehearsal. I could see that everyone was putting their best effort to stage a good show, attending to every detail possible. Sunday's event was a success i bet! Judging from the reaction of their CEO after the event. Well done!
Of course, our superstar photographer was there. Thank you SUPERDUPERDINO!!! Shooting with you is always fun, makes me feel that i am not working! The beer session after the shoot was relaxing. We should organise one with YH.
Shot some student portrait with my BIL and a SUPERSTAR photographer.
It was quite hectic, running around the school. Haven;t been walking and climbing ( the stairs) for so long and so many times. Here're some shots that i like. I hope the magazine turn out to be as i expect.
Covered another malay wedding last weekend. The bride is actually japanese. I enjoyed the shoot alot, especially the dinner at the ARTS HOUSE. Very cosy, personal and heart-warming experience. Guests were invited to give speech relating how they first met, the silly things they did when they were in Sydney uni. Not forgotting the "secrets" about the groom and bride.
Sometimes i find the "usual" chinese banquet a little " chin chong", cos most of the time, you wont be mingling with your friends. Worst, you may not even know the persons that you shake hands with at the end of the wedding dinner!!!
Salihin & Chiaki's wedding dinner was full of emotions, mixture of laughters and tears!! The groom was actaully the one that teared alot!!! Ha, Salihin is such a sensitive new age guy!!!
